ABOUT

The Acoustic Monitoring Network is a cross-border effort to listen to bird communities across the Central Flyway, connecting sites in northern and eastern Mexico with key regions of Texas. Using passive acoustic recorders and open, reproducible workflows, we document daily and seasonal patterns of bird occurrence—especially nocturnal migration—across deserts, grasslands, coastal plains, and urban corridors.
